After being an avid supporter of this brand for 2 years, the price went up by 46%.

No notification was received and was charged the new price on my subscription.

Their response was ‘we sent you an email on the 9th Jan’ and options to resolve the issue was to review my formula, pause or get money off my next order.

Not good enough, I’ve cancelled my subscription and unfortunately still being charged.

Using a drugstore brand, my hair was starting to get greasy the day after I washed it. That doesn’t happen with this stuff that I have now

I love the way my hair feels after ysing this shampoo. I've been using it for a year or so now and it feels so much healthier than before!

I tried FOB after learning of the company through a youtube channel I follow. I was skeptical - I'll be honest. How could taking a quiz get me a shampoo/conditioner that works for me and my hair? My hair is fine and I don't have a lot of it. I also get "whelps" from some products. But, I thought I'd give it a try.

Not only did this NOT break me out - it didn't weigh down my hair (which is naturally curly). It smells wonderful without being overpowering. It's comparable in price to what I was using -without all the "extras" in the shampoo/conditioner that I want to avoid. WIN!!!

I plan to purchase again in the future.

I love my purchase of the purple hair mask. It is amazing and really hydrates hair. I do find it a little pricy from paying exchange and shipping though.

My hair started falling out. It was a false advertisement. I’ve consistently tried function for a year now and my hair was worse than when I started. Will never buy ever again.

Wow! I could tell there was a huge difference after the first use. It just gets better and better with each use. My hair is more manageable, less frizzy in all this humidity, and looks healthier. I'm never going back to off-the-shelf shampoo.

My hair feels healthier by using it. Still have some dryness on my ends. But minimal shedding. I might try different choices next time. I don't care for the scent. Was expecting something different. Smell like a spice cake lol. Oh well...

Love all my hair products...they say it takes about two weeks to see a difference. I saw it immediately...my wavy hair is a lot less frizzy. So glad I decided to finally take the leap.

Function of Beauty is absolutely perfect!! I was a little nervous due to some bad reviews, but decided to give it a shot anyways. Best decision ever! Most definitely worth the money. Best my hair has ever looked!

for the price, it doesn’t seem worth it because it works exactly like any other drug store brand i’ve used. been using it for a month and see no changes, if anything my hair is starting to thin out. please improve the products’ ingredients.

The website and information are clear and helpful, it is nice to have so many options. And then the shampoo and conditioner arrive and it transforms your hair after using it once. My hair has never been softer, healtier and I never knew I had such wavy hair. I will never buy other hair products again.

I was looking for shampoo and conditioner to help my get become stronger and not wash as much! This is amazing!!! I love how simple the quiz was and I love it I love the Essential oil smell!!!

This is probably the best hair product I’ve ever used! The only downside is that it took about a month to ship to me, and that was kind of annoying. I’ve noticed a huge change in my hair though. Definitely recommend, and definitely worth the wait!!

My daughter gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. I purchased shampoo, conditioner and the styling primer. My hair isn't colour treated, but I am in my late fifties, so I have been noticing some dryness. Also my scalp has become quite dry and irritated. I have only been using these products for a few weeks, but have noticed a big difference. My scalp no longer burns and my hair is much softer and less frizzy. Incredibly, I am using less product, less often. I love this stuff!
